Hospital Supply Chain Resiliency Protection Plan
In times of crisis, such as the IV fluid shortages caused by Hurricane Helene, securing essential medical supplies at fair prices is crucial for maintaining high-quality patient care. OmniChannel Health’s Hospital Supply Chain Resiliency Protection Plan offers a transparent, no-cost solution designed to protect your hospital from supply shortages and price surges—without long-term commitments or hidden fees. We are a trusted, reliable, AHRMM-vetted secondary distributor, a member of the AHRMM Supply Chain Resource Council, and an SBA-certified small business established in 1993.
How It Works:
- No Cost, No Commitment: Our plan is simple—no fees, no binding contracts—just a “handshake” agreement to ensure fair and reasonable pricing during supply chain disruptions.
- Fair Pricing Guarantee: We offer transparent and fair pricing year-round, and we are committed to maintaining this model even during times of crisis. Our rates are based on the average purchase price from our OmniChannel distribution network partners, plus a 10-15% profit margin. Volume discounts are also available. We collaborate with partners dedicated to fair pricing, ensuring expectations are clearly aligned before any crisis occurs.
- Priority Allocation: During shortages, critical supplies are prioritized for our regular customers. However, we work to support all clients based on available stock.
- Global Sourcing, Trusted Vendors: When necessary, we may source products internationally, but only from vetted, trusted vendors with proven reliability during crises. Quality and dependability are always our top priorities.
- Direct Supplier Access: If we are unable to provide a product at a reasonable price, we will connect you directly with our trusted supplier partners at no cost. For example, we introduced Amsino, a US-based manufacturer known for high-quality, low-cost saline flush syringes, to all our hospital clients. Additionally, we maintain strong relationships with many low-cost manufacturers nationwide.
- Proactive Communication & Coordination: We proactively reach out to your supply chain teams before shortages occur. Rapid responses are critical—every minute counts during national emergencies.
Simple Setup:
- W9 on File: To ensure we are ready when you need us, place at least one order in advance. This ensures we’re fully set up in your system, enabling seamless processing of POs and orders during a crisis.
- Key Contact Information: We require contact details (cell phone numbers and emails) for your supply disruption team to ensure effective coordination during supply chain crises.
- 15-Minute Intro Call: A brief introductory call helps establish protocols and ensure smooth communication during any future crisis.
The OmniChannel Health Hospital Supply Chain Resiliency Protection Plan is designed to keep your hospital prepared, ensuring access to essential supplies at fair prices when you need them most.
